Triple Certifications.
〜In pursuit of building the ideal home,
ICHIJO Japan won
three GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ titles〜
ICHIJO Japan won three
GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ titles in the following categories: The best-selling custom home company – retail current, The most solar-powered houses built - current, The largest prefabricated house factory.
This certification is only made possible through the support of our customers.
The higher the performance quality of the house, the more comfortable the home environment will be. However, no matter how great the technology and the quality, it is meaningless unless the customer chooses us and actually lives in an ICHIJO home. Therefore, while improving the production system and refining the performance and equipment specifications, ICHIJO Japan has been working on education consumers on how we offer high quality home performance at a reasonable price. This is also our mantra “Technological Homes”. ICHIJO Japan will continue to strive to build homes that customers will choose.

Three Certifications
-
The best-selling custom home company – retail current
In pursuit of quality home construction, we have achieved the industry’s top ranking in “High Performance of Airtightness and Insulation”. In addition, we have received support from customers for ICHIJO’s unique home building system and are recognized as the best home builder selling the highest number of custom single-family homes in a year.
-
The most solar-powered houses built - current
No matter how great the benefits of a solar power system, it will not be the standard if the installation fee is high. Therefore, we have set up a line to produce a “Solar Panel Roof” at our group factories that provide a solar panel system at a reasonable initial cost that customers can enjoy the benefits of in the future.
-
The largest prefabricated house factory
In order to attain the quality home performance that ICHIJO wants to provide to customers, ICHIJO Group factories were formed and are comprised of the structural building material department (including insulation, wall panels, and window frames), the system department (including floor heating and solar panels), the housing equipment department (including kitchen cabinets and unit-baths), and so on. As a result of expanding the factories to achieve our goal, ICHIJO group factories are recognized as the largest facility that comprehensively manufactures housing parts and units in the world.
